Welcome to 2009 Everyone
Hope everyone is starting to recooperate from all their New Years festivities and are actually up out and about already, making the best of the new year and new blood.
Now I’m sure there a lot of people making resolutions for ‘09 like, “I’ll put down the turkey leg and run some laps everyday!”, but that won’t be me. I’ve tried the resolutions thing and it just doesn’t seem to work.
So instead I plan on making a challenge to myself, starting off with the 1st 90 Days of 2009. Just challenging myself to take more consistent and massive action towards my goals. I’ve made both personal and business goals and with all that action, I’ll be able to achieve many of them.
What Have I Done So Far?
I’ve made a brain dump! Doesn’t sound to sexy I know, but bascially I’ve gotten all the ideas I have for myself and my business all out my head and down on paper. Now I just have to organize and prioritize them. Yeh fun stuff! This will give me a good perspective into the things I have to daily, rather than jumping from day to day without any sort of plan. Basically it helps me cut down the amount of time I spend idling online and watching the latest dumb video on Youtube.
I’ve taken the handwritten notes and typed them into my Zoho Projects Account. Zoho allows you to create projects, organizse dates, create to do lists and prioritize all in one place.
Quick Tip!
I picked this up by watching a video for Infomillionaire. What you do is, instead of having Google or YouTube.com as your home page in your browser, actually use your projects page. It helps keep you focused and from searching for things like “Hot Picks of Pamela Anderson” in the search engines because you don’t know exactly what you should be doing with your time.
Thanks Frank and Trey for that nice tip. Hope some of you guys found that one as valuable as I did.
Anyway off to get some work in my online business. I have a lot of work to do and a lot goals to accomplish.
Today I’ll be delegating a couple of tasks to the team so we’ll be off and running for 2009.
Thanks for checking out my little space and hope you have a rewarding year.
