The Latest with The Challenge
Hi guys,
it’s been a while, but don’t worry I’m still alive and kicking.
We’ve been trying to sort out some kinks in what we’re doing, but with everything we’ve started doing, we realize it will take a lot of work, even with 3 people involved.
Do we want to do all this work?
Not necessarily, but it should be worth it in the long run. With that said though, I started thinking there must be a better way to systemise and get this all done. So I went out and try to do some research when I happened upon this post over at the Warrior Forum: http://www.warriorforum.com/main-internet-marketing-discussion-forum/30532-20-000-per-month-possible.html
It grabbed my attention, because this is one of the goals we’ve set for our little project we have going on here.
There are definitely a lot of golden nuggets in there for sure but I really appreciated learning about Lee McIntyre who actually accomplished the goal of $20k a month in record pace. You can check out his blog here
I spent the whole of last weekend devouring all the content on his site and it made me realize that if he can take massive action and accomplish his goals in a year, then we can do the same. Especially since we can learn from the mistakes he’s made.
As for making our workload easier, we’ve discovered from Lee and others that outsourcing is the way to go.
Because when you look at the whole picture of things that need to be done, it only makes your head spin and make you realize that unless you’re super human, you can’t get it all done yourself.
So we’ve decided to tweak what we’re doing to make sure we’re on the right track:
- We’re researching more on outsourcing and what it will take. Because there must be an easier way. I love work just like the other guy. But I’d rather work on what I like doing and outsource the rest.
- We’re also comparing what we’re doing with other models to see which is the most profitable. Once we know which model works best, we can ramp up traffic and production through outsourcing.
That’s pretty much it for now folks.
Remember to check out Lee’s site and we’ll keep you posted as to how our plans are going.

Thanks Lee for the comments and insight…
definitely makes sense, ’cause if you outsource something but don’t know if it’s worth it and don’t know your ROI, you’re pretty much screwed.
Learning a lot from you and your business insight, keep it up.

Hi Trends
Thank you for the nice comments!
The best advice I can give re outsourcing is
1) first figure out what works,
2) then create a system so that others can do that work for you,
3) then monitor the ROI and strive for improvement.
For example - James works in my office and sometimes I’m tempted to say “James go make me some money using articles!”.
But that wouldn’t work!
Instead I play around with article marketing, have some fun, and gradually find a system that works a treat. And then I write it down, and THEN I ask James to do it for me. And then I monitor the results and look for potential improvements.
Does this make sense?
And always make sure you monitor the ROI. Knowing your numbers is key.
I hope this helps!
Lee McIntyre
