It’s exactly two weeks into the new year and we’ve come up with the 3 models to help us get to our monthly earning goals we created late last year.

1. Local Site Portal

We’re starting off with creating sites for local businesses in our are. This was inspired by a board post on the Warrior Forum (yes I love the warrior forum). Here’s the post: click here

Basically the post outlines going to local businesses and offering the same talent and resources we’re using to build our own websites. First you research companies using mainstream media to advertise who don’t have a website or may have a website that is not doing anything to help build their business.

Offer them your services which include setting up a blog, shooting videos for youtube, doing some SEO etc at a reasonable price.

Again because we’re already using a lot of these tools and resources for ourselves, it’s easy to offer that at a huge markup, showing how beneficial all these things are to their business bottom lines.

2. Flipping Sites

Right now we’ve started to create niche sites to flip in the upcoming months. Again based on the model we’ve outlined previously on the site, we can create these sites and make them profitable then sell them at a profit for people interested in buying these sites to add to their portfolio.

It’s the same premise of house flipping but now the real estate is online and not physical. The 1st site has gone up and I’m sure once things get established, we’ll show you more of what we’re doing in this area.

Site Flipping is pretty hot right now, but even if we don’t flip these sites we’ll have an profit pulling asset to add to our bottom line and monthly income.

3. Building A Product / Brand Business

Also as mentioned before, by the second half of the year we will be getting into building an online business and drilling deep in that business. Again this is all based on practices we’re building on during this 1st half of the year.

Once we’ve mastered these and have profits coming in, we can outsource and move on to building our own brands, products, and fans. Because the real money is in building your own empire isn’t it?
